Hi, thankyou for contacting my website. If you are looking for an
independent timber and damp surveyor you have come to the
right place. There is more about me on the next page but it is
you the client whom I am more interested in and what I can do
to fulfil your requirement whether it be a full damp and timber
inspection on a property you are interested in purchasing or just
an anomalous damp patch on the wall of a house you are currently
living in, that cannot be explained. Believe me, there are many
causes of damp that are not always obvious and do need a little
more looking into. Or if that mushroom on the wall looks
suspicious call me, I might even be able to solve the problem
without the need to visit.
At the moment my home page is sporting two logos. One for
BWPDA and the other PCA. As it happens they both represent
the same high standards of the trade and professions represented,
and the reason for both is that the PCA (Property Care Association) has evolved in order to provide a wider range of services as shown on their website http://www.property-care.org/ so for the time being both logos
apply although I expect in due course it will be just the one. In fact
already many of my clients just ask for PCA membership companies
and surveyors as suggested by their mortgage lenders and building
societies.
